I love this movie. I remember watching it the 1st time it aired and it's very nostalgic to me. But I dislike Tina's performance as Alice. She did this weird, babyish voice which was annoying at times. And she wasn't conventionally and classically pretty. Her face was too average and modern, which was not how I imagined Alice at all. Anyway, I try to overlook the casting of Alice and focus more on the characters in Wonderland and they were all amazing. The special effects, the settings, the costumes, the design, etc were great.

I particuarly loved the scene where Alice is a giant and fits badly in th house, so she has to stick her arm out of the window and threaten the characters outside:) AIW:-o AIW:-. AIW:-(

A 12 years old movie that doesn't show it. The CGI's hold very well even by today's standards.

The mix of CGI, puppetry, animatronics, prosthetics (though this one in particular can be improved) makes this one better than Burton. 'Nuff said.

Ugh, I love it, but, it reminds me of my brother's crazy ex girlfriend who kept saying "Martin Short is sexy". That ruined it for me.

I'm a big fan of this movie!
The acting (by everybody), the sets, the script (good combination of booth books), the special effects (wonderful)...
I think it's a great accomplishment for a made-for-tv movie. AIW:-)

I think Gene Wilder as the Mock Turtle was deliciously brilliant.

I've never seen this version - it's been on TV a couple of times and every time I miss it :(
Is it worth trying to track down on DVD?

Really? Gosh, I thought most people here had seen it! I think, out of all the 'sing-song-happy-clappy' versions of Alice, this is my favourite as my grandmother used to have the video of it. Visually it's quite spectacular.

(As for watching it, I seem to remember I'm not allowed to say things like this but: *whisper* it's on Youtube. Type in 'Hallmark Alice in Wonderland' and it's the series of videos uploaded by TheCheshireofQuidget. Cool name I know.)

Of Course! Why do I keep forgetting YouTube?! Will check it out sometime, thank-you!
