The online comic Cheshire Crossing kind of did that, as well as adding in Peter Pan and Mary Poppins. Although, in its case it wasn't just them switching lands, there was a lot more to the whole thing.

Poor old Andy Weir. I don't think kickstarter existed when he made his original comic using the Dorothy / Alice crossover back in 2006 - I wonder if he knows about 'The Red Queen of Oz' - It must be very galling for him if he does

Congratulations (B)ryan on obtaining $11,388 of the $2,750 you need to make this project a reality. Out of curiosity, just how much money do you want?

There was the Oz/Wonderland War trilogy by E. Nelson Bridwell, in 1986. (DC Comics, Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew title)
Bridwell thought well enough of the trilogy to keep a set, now in his collection at Tulsa University.

actually,

I am a fan of both books.

the wizard of oz was heavily based off of Alice in wonderland.

They both have similair stories. I personally prefer Alice in wonderland, though it sounds pretty cool if their worlds collide.
