By far my favorite character in the Alice series is the mysterious Jabberwock, and the 1983/1984 retro anime version is my favorite version of him. Being that he's mostly just moody and grumpy but helps Alice now and then, and still has this mysteriousness to him, he's probably the tamest Jabberwock around
