Alice's Adventures in Wonderland: A Pop-up Adaptation
Lewis Carrol was a genius who produced what is arguably the best children's books ever written and it was made all the better by the contributions of another genius, John Tenniel. In this book you can add a third genius - Robert Sabuda. If you haven't encountered Robert Sabuda's work before you should make a point to get some now. When you turn a page and the White Rabbit's house (complete with Alice's arm waving from the window) erects itself before your eyes, it is completely amazing. Pop-up is too small a word for this, so is paper engineering. It's sheer poetic magic. It's utterly marvellous.
And when you've finished marvelling at it there are other books by Sabuda to rush out and buy. The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe is especially good.

I'm on my second copy, as my dog really enjoyed the 1st one. This book is so much fun, and is my favorite of my entire collection of pop-up books.

Alice in Wonderland and other classical stories motivative youngsters to read. Robert Sabuda's pop-up illustrations are masterpieces that simply enthrall children. Not only do these books help develop good reading habits, but the books themselves become collector's items. I would recommend Sabuda illustrated classic books to everyone looking for that perfect child's gift.
