Blessing a tea party? good grief. Didn't realize this was part of the book when I purchased it. It's okay otherwise, but certaintly not appropriate for its intended audience.

I bought this for my 4 year old, to go with her new tea set. I thought since it was a board book, that it might be a little too young for her, but she absolutely loves it! It's so pretty and perfect with a tea set!

"My Very First Tea Party" is the perfect size for little hands to hold. The heavy construction makes it easy for turning pages and will last for generations of reading! The watercolor illustrations are gorgeous to look at and the story is short, simple and sweet to read. A must for every little girl who's having her first tea party!

I started reading this book to my 20 month old granddaughter who loves books but she lost interest before I could finish. I think the pictures were a bit too abstract for her and the text a little too wordy. She might be more interested in it when she's closer to 3 years old.
