If you have a great sense of humor you will laugh throughout the game. Its just fun and funny. You must have some redneck humor....

I bought this game for a family christmas gift. It was a lot of fun!

- Redneck Life Game: Fun but a little long.
This game is fun, but you definitely need a lot of time to play it. We played with a group of six, ages 12 - 55, four of whom were active boys 12-24 . Of course, if you play with less people, it will take less time, but we skipped one of the outer rows and it still took two hours. it would probably not have seemed so tedious had we started earlier, but 9:00 p.m. on Christmas (kind of an inappropriate theme for the holidays) and finished around 11:00 p.m. I was also under the impression that you played with pieces that resembled teeth, but there is a pad of paper on which you enter information accrued, such as homes, cars that will hold all of your children, education up to the 12th grade, spouses, profession, salary, etc. - and a row of teeth that you scratch of as you lose them. It also becomes tedious in its redundancy, thus the reason we skipped a row of spaces. To sum up - start early and players need to be able to sit still for more than 90 minutes and have a sense humor Jeff Foxworthy style.

RNL is a pretty fun game. Had some good laughs though. However, It last a little too long. The directions suggest roll three dice if you are in a hurry. Next time we will.

What a funny game!! It's different that your "regular" boardgame. My kids also loved it because of the "different" type of game. I do recommend that you stick with the 13 and up rule. (there are alot of interesting facts that younger ones may not understand). This was a relaxing and just have fun game. I can not wait to buy my friends and family their own game. The red headed step children named Darryl is just one of the best parts about the game. Great, great fun!!!
