You could do this by:

1.) Click the "Img" button.

2.) Put the image link, it can be jpg.,gif.

3.) Then you have everything of what you needed for.

Um, that's prettymuch exactly the same method that Beautiful Soup already gave. (Slightly different order, but you're still inserting an image with a hyperlink and IMG tags.) It's still hotlinking unless the image link is to your own site or a storage site like Photobucket.
