Aha! I've answered this one on another website
Hang on, I'll go get what I said...
...I'm back
"In Lewis Carroll's book, Through the Looking Glass, Alice finds, "a large flower-bed, with a border of daisies, and a willow tree growing in the middle."
She speaks with a tiger-lily, a rose, some daisies, a violet, and a larkspur.
In the 1951 Disney version, she meets a rose, some tulips, some shy little violets, a lily of the valley, daisies, morning glories, daffodils, tiger lilies, and dandelions. There are also other, unidentified flowers, which appear to be an iris or a snapdragon, some pansies or violets, a lily, a lilac, a larkspur, some marigolds and others."
I'm not sure if you were hoping for all the flowers mentioned in the books/film (in which case, I'm sure there must be others - not least the white roses which the card gardeners have to paint red) or just the talking flowers, but I hope this helps

Oho! An update!
I've just stumbled on a fascinating resource for those interested in the '51 Disney - a complete studio draft
http://afilmla.blogspot.com/search/label/Alice
It's like a screenplay/shooting script and, of course, it names the flowers (044-053)
So, the flowers in the Disney animation are:
a rose
an iris
daisies
pansies
tulips
blue bonnets
violets
a calla lily
a lily of the valley
a lilac
a chrysanthemum
morning glories
daffodils
a tiger lily
a dandy lion (dandelion)
a white rose
a yellow daisy
a rosebud
sweetpeas

I keep wondering why people post on this forum, but don't check out the resource section... or is it perhaps hard to find?
