Pandora Hearts
Most Alice in Wonderland adaptations seem to be written by people who have seen the Disney/Tim Burton film, but have only skimmed through the books. Jun Mochizuki, the author/artist of this Manga, obviously loves the books deeply, as this masterpiece has everything in it. I get really annoyed though, at how I seem to be one of the few people who gets all the references. I urge every Wonderland fan to read it- you'll thank me for this, believe me. It shall blow your mind. I'd really like to hear from others who have read it and who get all the references.
Once again, I urge you to read Pandora Hearts. It shall change your life, like it changed mine.

Why has nobody replied to this? Waah, I am drowning in a pool of tears.
Does nobody like this Manga? Well, mark my words, its only yourself that you're hurting!

Excellent! You won't regret it! The latest chapter just came out last night by the way... the author seems to be always ending them with cliffhangers!
But, you'll love it. I've heard that it's similar to D.Gray Man and Black Butler (neither of which have I read), so if you're a fan of those then it'll definitely be one for you.
And watch the anime as well! It is not that good, but it has an excellent soundtrack (I'm listening to it right now) by Yuki Kajiura.
I'm interested in hearing how many AIW references you can spot
.
The age rating is 16+, for violence and some risquee bits.

Yes it is. The pocket watch melody is actually a very important part of the plot. Especially when its title is revealed...Hey no worries, I think everyone gets a bit obbsessed with something sometimes.Isn't that the one you told me has those awesome music box themes? I still need to check those out--I love that kind of music!

Definitely! So far there's three volumes out in English, as well as a manga the creator (Jun Mochizuki) did beforehand, named 'Crimson Shell'. But you can also read it online here: http://www.mangareader.net/350/pandora-hearts.htmlit sounds like just the book for mehmmm... its not in my library listings... i might have to go buy it
so its worth it?
I'll be in the city of Dublin this weekend, so I'm hoping to spot volume three, which has my favourite charafcter on the cover!
