Miscellaneous Alice > Disney "Alice Through the Looking Glass" comic?

Hi guys, just recently I was browsing the net and I stumbled on this :

Some pages seem to be a comic sequel to the Disney cartoon, based on 'Through the Looking Glass'. Was this ever planned as a film or just a comic and if anyone has info on where I could find and potentially buy a copy of the comic, please let me know.
