Fallout Wonderland Reference

I was watching this video:

When I saw the references to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, the vault takes place in an underground cavern, the medicinal mushrooms made the people act crazy and the vault has 106 in it's title like in the hatter's hat tag.

What are your thoughts?
