It can be seen on EBay at No 6942688657.
Advertised as a 1928 publication!!!!
And proof of some sort that its right.
In other words 4 years before Lewis Carroll was BORN!!!!
My view is that the seller has mixed up 2 totally different books as he calls it under its title of Alices Advenures... but shows a book called simply Alice In Wonderland.
And the girl on the swan could have come from a Nursery Rhyme book

You mistyped 1828 as 1928 in your post.
I've looked at the e-bay reference and it does indeed say 1828, four years before Charles Dodgson was born. However I've also checked and the McLoughlin Brothers edition was published in the 1920s (probably, I'd say, 1928) so I'd guess the seller has just mistyped it. I'm not surprised there have been no bids given the nature of the mistake.

Still puzzled
It definitely shows on there the 1828 date on a book but I reckon its a Nursery Rhyme book and the seller has little idea anyway
