It's not a computer game but there is Alice's Pop-Up Theatre Book by Nick Denchfield and Alex Vining (ISBN 0-333-96137-4)
This folds up into a theatre with various scenes and has a set of cardboard characters so that you can use the characters and scenes to act our the story or to do your own versions of it.
Is that any use to you?
I don't know how widely available it is outside the UK though.

In addition, Denchfield's first edition, Alice in Pop-Up Wonderland might still be found at Amazon.
Schylling has an Alice in Wonderland Magic Paper Doll with 11 outfits to cut out... The doll is 'magnetized' so they stay on without tabs... Found here:
http://www.unclesgames.com/product_info ... ts_id/6724
Feltkids Playsystem (Learning Curve Toys) has an AIW Playboard for the younger set. (search under feltkids and you'll pull up a variety of sites)
Also... Disney has this Alice site for online play:
http://disney.go.com/characters/alice/
There's alot of Alice stuff out there but most times they're difficult to find and sell out quickly.
Hope this was some help.
