Alice: Madness Returns

Postby Peppertarts » Fri Aug 27, 2010 10:30 am

The first teaser for the American McGee's Alice sequel is here! :D

It says 18 . . . I'm only 14 . . .
Whatever, the first game was rated M and I played that.
Well . . . I have yet to complete it, but that's my goal to meet by the time Madness Returns comes out!

Check out the graphics! Alice in HD is going to be NASTY.
Splendid. >:)

:( I haven't even played the first one yet. I genuinely have no idea what the games are like. :(

I downloaded the first one but I didn't get very far. If I recall correctly, I couln't get the hang of wrangling the keyboard controls. I was disappointed, I really wanted to play it, despite the corruption of the original story, cause I do have a bit of a prediliction for the dark and gothic (:-O :-)

The graphics are looking niiiice in the new version, but I doubt my crappy little lappy could cope with it :(

Well, truth be told, I play most levels in God Mode. ;)
I think the reason it's taking me so long is because it's so disturbing! It gives me nightmares. I think that's why I love it. DIS:-)
Did you check out everything in the background in the trailer? For me, that's the best part. It's so detailed . . .

I've been playing McGee's Alice for years.. It's pretty awesome.. I have pleanty of nightmares, but they're cool.. I've even made some of her weapons and her stuffed rabbit for my costume of her this Halloween.. She sould be a big hit at our Halloween party.. :D

Re: Madness Returns...
But are they playing "One Step Beyond", & if so, what effects will the "Heavy, Heavy Monster Sound" of the "Nutty Boys", have on Alice...?
(Sorry, but I could'nt resist the musical quip/references...).

What I always like about the first Alice was that it could open up the gaming world for girls, as well. It's both male and female friendly, the main character is female, and she's not some pin-up porn model looking character. Alice looks completely different from the first game, but not in a bad way.
