Where are we allowed to post pictures?

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that we should only post pics in the Jabberwocky section - but when I tried to confirm this I couldn't find any guidelines. Are there any rules about where we may and may not post pictures?

You are allowed to post pictures anywhere, unless they are off-topic.
There was a time when lots of silly images with captions were posted as a reply. That is only allowed in the Jabberwocky forum.
