Okee, er staat heel veel tekst in, maar dat is te danken aan de wetgever en dit is nu eenmaal het resultaat van ellenlang juridisch gesteggel. En blijkbaar had de programmeur die de opdracht op zijn bordje kreeg, ook weinig trek in werk.
