Ik denk dat ik niet lieg als ik zeg dat het de meest complete informatiebron over Lewis Carroll&#8217;s Alice in Wonderland-boeken op het internet is. Hij wordt gemiddeld zo&#8217;n 1.800 keer per dag(!) bezocht. Dat is ooit wel een stuk meer geweest, maar het is nog steeds best wel een groot aantal bezoekers. In het Alice in Wonderland-wereldje is de site dan ook zeker een begrip. En nog beter: ik merk dat ik echt invloed heb! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alice-in-wonderland.net\/blog\/2018\/03\/misattributed-alice-in-wonderland-lewis-carroll-quotes\/\">Mijn post over het fout quoten van Lewis Carroll<\/a> is een van de meest bezochte pagina&#8217;s en ik zie dat veel mensen uit zichzelf die pagina op social media posten als iemand weer eens een quote onterecht aan Carroll of de Alice-boeken toebedeelt. (Hij werd zelfs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/booksblog\/2021\/mar\/01\/off-with-their-heads-why-are-lewis-carroll-misquotes-so-common-online\">genoemd in The Guardian<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>Als je het leuk vindt om meer te lezen over de ontstaansgeschiedenis van mijn site, lees dan mijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alice-in-wonderland.net\/weblog\/2012\/12\/vijftien-jaar-alice-online\/\">eerdere<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alice-in-wonderland.net\/weblog\/2017\/12\/20-jaar-alice-online\/\">posts<\/a> hierover. Het lijkt me niet heel zinvol om die hier te gaan herhalen.
