Original versions
I know it can be hard to find editions with the original ‘Alice’ stories and illustrations. The books I put on this page are versions that contain the original, unabbridged Alice in Wonderland stories from Lewis Carroll, including the original illustrations by John Tenniel.
You can choose between “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” only, “Through the Looking Glass and what Alice found there” only, or you can buy an edition that contains both stories (which I can recommend, as I’m sure you’ll want to read the second one too!).
For the die-hard Alice fans, there’s also the manuscript version, with the original (much shorter) story as it was before publication.
