This webshop is an affiliate shop of Amazon.com, which means that I link to interesting Alice in Wonderland related products on Amazon.com’s website. After clicking the buy button, you are being redirected to the Amazon.com website where you can place your order. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Amazon.com and/or its third-party sellers are the actual seller of these products; they will handle all aspects of your order. I do not ship the items myself, nor do I have any products in stock.
This means I do not have more information about products than Amazon provides me with. If you have questions or complaints about items or your order, you should contact Amazon.com or contact the third-party seller, not me.
These are the advantages for you:

Will ordering via this website cost me more than ordering directly at the Amazon.com website?
No, you won’t pay a penny more! Amazon pays me a small percentage on every sale, which I use to maintain this website.
I want to order a large amount of products. Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately I cannot offer any discounts, because I am not the actual seller. I have no influence on the prices.
Are you willing to donate some items for our charity project?
I am not the actual seller of the product and do not have any stock. You should contact the actual seller: Amazon.com or one of their merchants.
Are you interested in selling our Alice in Wonderland products via your website?
I can only list your products if you are an Amazon Merchant. If you are, you can suggest your products for inclusion by sending me their ASIN codes. If you are not, you can promote your product by posting a message in the ‘Buying, Selling & Collectibles’ section of the forum.
Buying directly from me
There is one product in my webshop that can be purchased directly from me: my book “Alice’s Adventures under Water“. You can add this item to the shopping cart and it will take you through a check out process on my site instead of to Amazon’s website.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates depend on your country, the amount of books you order, and whether you want to be able to follow your package through Track & Trace. You can calculate your shipping costs after you have added the book to your cart, by selecting your country in the shipping calculator.
If you want to order more than 4 copies of the book, please contact me for a custom calculation of the shipping costs.
For the eBook version, no shipping costs are being charged.
Shipping times
After receiving your payment, I will process your order as soon as I can. As the book is printed on demand, the printer will also need several days to process your order. The total shipping time depends on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.
The eBook version is available as soon as your payment has been received. You will then receive an email with a download link in it.
Payment
There are two options to pay:
- Direct bank transfer (preferred). Please transfer the money to the following Dutch bank account (IBAN): NL12INGB0005745890 in the name of LC de Rooy. BIC/SWIFT: INGBNL2A.
For people living in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand, local bank account details will be available after checkout, to prevent conversion charges. - Paypal. If you want to pay with credit card, you can also select this option (and then choose to use Paypal as guest).
If Paypal or your bank charges for the money transfer, the charges are for you.
I don’t charge any VAT (because of a Dutch tax arrangement), so no VAT will be listed on your invoice.
Returns
eBooks cannot be returned.
The paperback book can be returned within 14 days after receiving it, provided it has not been used/read and is still in mint condition. If you want to return it, send an e-mail to [email protected] to inform me that you will be returning it and then ship it to the adress you can find on the invoice. Make sure you receive proof from the postal service that you have shipped it.
Shipping costs you paid when ordering will be refunded together with the costs of the book(s). Shipping costs for returning the item to me (in the Netherlands) need to be paid by you.
I will refund your money within 14 days after receiving the item. The refund will be done through the same payment method you used when ordering.
If the book is damaged or shows signs of having been read, I reserve the right to substract a percentage of the refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
