About this webshop

This webshop is an affiliate shop of Amazon.com, which means:

Secure ordering via Amazon's checkout and payment system
Great support from Amazon's customer service
A broad selection of Alice in Wonderland related items, but no need to muddle through Amazon's database manually: I have personally hand-picked all interesting products for you!

Amazon.com or its third-party sellers will handle all aspects of your order. I do not ship the items myself, nor do I have more information about them than Amazon provides me with.

If you have questions about items or your order, you should contact Amazon.com or contact the third-party seller, not me.

Third-party sellers

Some items in my webshop are sold by Amazon.com itself, and others are sold by independent third-party Amazon Merchants and Marketplace sellers. The latter often is the case with costumes and toys.
You can look up the seller on the product page of the item you want to buy: the seller name is listed in the product details. This seller name is either 'Amazon', or the name of a third-party seller.
When buying from a third party, your order is fulfilled directly by the merchant, who also handles all customer service and can set its own shipping costs. You pay using the safe Amazon Payments system.
After placing your order, you can find more details about the Merchant in your Order Summary, available through Your Account.

Accepted payment methods

Amazon.com accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, payment from your bank account, Amazon.com gift cards, Amazon Store Card, Webcertificates, and checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Amazon.com does not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.

Shipping costs, shipping times and shipping destinations

Shipping costs and times depend upon the shipping method you choose (the faster, the more expensive), and the destination the items need to be shipped to.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout, after you have entered your shipping address (but before finalising your order). Shipping and delivery dates wil be estimated for you as well, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you have chosen.

The exact amount of shipping costs, and whether or not the items can be shipped to your country, depends on the shipping policy of the seller of that specific product.
You can find the seller name in the 'product details' listing on the product page of the item you're interested in. This seller name is either 'Amazon', or the name of a third-party seller.

Amazon.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. You can look up their shipping policy and shipping times using the links below.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Read the general shipping restrictions and the international shipping restrictions.
Third-party sellers have their own shipping policies. Some may not ship to destinations outside the USA. You can look up their shipping policy and shipping times by clicking the link 'Shipping rates and seller details' behind the seller name.
When you purchase items from multiple third-party sellers in one order, you may be charged several different shipping costs.

You can also just add the items to your cart and start checking out. If an item cannot be shipped to your country, you will be notified after entering your shipping address.

Amazon.com shipping costs & times:

Marketplace seller shipping costs are the same for all sellers, and can be found on the Marketplace Shipping Times & Costs page. When you purchase a new, refurbished, used, or collectible item from a seller at Amazon Marketplace, you pay immediately, online. Included in your payment is a precalculated fee for shipping.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, Amazon will charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Return policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You may return any of the following purchased from Amazon.com: books in their original condition; unopened CDs, cassette tapes, vinyl records, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, or software; and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Amazon.com will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error from Amazon.com (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

I want to order a costume / clothes, but I don't know which size fits me. Can you advise me?
You can check the generic sizing charts. Note: some manufacturers may have their own sizing charts.

Will ordering via this website cost me more than ordering directly at the Amazon.com website?
No, you won't pay a penny more! Amazon pays me a small percentage on every sale, which I use to maintain this website.

I want to order a large amount of products. Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately I cannot offer any discounts, because I am not the one who you are paying to. I have no influence on the prices.

Are you willing to donate some items for our charity project?
I do not sell or ship these items myself, so you should contact the actual seller: Amazon.com or one of their merchants.

Are you interested in selling our Alice in Wonderland products via your website?
I can only list your products if you are an Amazon Merchant. If you are, you can suggest your products for inclusion by sending me their ASIN codes. If you are not, you can promote your product by posting a message in the 'Buying, Selling & Collectibles' subforum.

Lenny's Alice in Wonderland site does not gather any personal information from webshop customers.
After you click the 'check out' button in the shopping cart, you are being taken to the Amazon.com website where you can enter your shipping and payment details. The Amazon check out system is very secure: read about the privacy & security of Amazon.com.

Certain content that appears on the webshop comes from Amazon Services LLC. This content is provided 'as is' and is subject to change or removal at any time.

This website uses Google Analytics, and other measurement tools (a.o. Clicky, CrazyEgg and ClickTale) to analyse how visitors use the site. These tools use 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
