For Sale: Alice books signed by Alice Liddell

You can now buy copies of “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” and “Through the Looking-Glass”, signed by Alice Hargreaves (Alice Liddell’s name after she married), if you are willing to spend lots of money.
It concerns an edition published in 1932 by Limited Editions Club, consisting of two volumes bound in leather with gilt decorations. They come with the original slipcases. The books contain illustrations by John Tenniel. This copy is one of 1,500 numbered copies.
Alice signed both volumes. The volumes are in near fine condition with light rubbing and restoration to the spine cap of volume two.
